We shall review the progress, clear any doubts, and answer any questions before embarking on each new session. At the end of each session, we will have a debrief on how it went, and any followup work required before the next session. Practice makes perfect. The same goes for therapy sessions. Each session builds on previous, and it will only be 10x more powerful.
We might not get to meet each other sooner than we would like to. Whatever it is, I still would like to share a handy booklet published by the Singapore government health organisation on Stress Management with you. I remember I first come across the Chinese translation in early 2010. When I saw the original English version again in 2019, I know it will be valuable, as the tips are all very practical, easily achievable, and extremely useful for stressed people.
