How our minds work?
Hypnosis is nothing new and should not be mysterious to us. In fact, we all go thru hypnosis daily. Let me explain why shortly.
We all know that our brain waves can be measured in terms of its frequency. When we are generally relaxed, our brain wave is at Alpha (α) frequency, typically found in peak performance and super-learning states. When our brain wave slows further down to Theta (θ), this is when we are at deep relaxation state. When we about to fall asleep, or just wake up from sleep, our brain wave is operating at Theta.
Therefore, we all go thru Theta (hypnosis) daily, albeit in a very brief period of time, once in the morning and once at night. It is at this precious window that our subconscious mind is most open for direct suggestion.
If each of us was like a tree, our life events will be recorded as tree ring, with each ring represents a year in our age, starting from the centre, and radiate outward.
Certain events, especially those occurred during our early formative days, like before the age of 7, could be deep-seated and forgotten as time goes by. However, the impact of it is felt much later. Sometimes it is compounded with other events, and causes an outburst. This is often the last straw that breaks the camel’s back.
It is with age regression that we trace back to find and address at the root cause, and with age progression that we ensure the root cause once has been eradicated and can project into a positive future – and have a glimpse of it like a preview. We hold the inner resources and this is part of the gift that we all possess, and no need to seek fortune teller’s help! 🙂
Using a Computer as an analalogy to how our Human brain works.
If RAM is our Conscious Mind (fast but volatile), then ROM will be Subconscious Mind (even faster as it is hardwired with few key commands [habitual already] ever since the computer is out of the factory (eg 5-7 years of age).
So to correct any bugs [misperceptions] or erase any unwanted data points (eg towards some painful life event) that had already been hardwired into the ROM, it is actually possible if the ROM is ePROM type (erasable Programmable ROM) – so there’s possibility and hope.
Just that ePROM is more expensive than normal ROM, and the extra price is the willingness and determination to change.
The client is always able to upgrade to ePROM if he or she is willing and determined to effect the change (is a choice), and ready to pay the price (eg find out the reason to aid understanding of the life lesson and be strengthened).
With the new ePROM (error-free, clean state and good programs installed) the computer can be tested to see if it is really effective. If passed, the client takes back life control, and be happy running efficiently again.
