Overall Blue colour is to exude a feeling of calmness.

The visible ice block above sea level, represents the Conscious Mind (CM), which really is just the tip of the iceberg.

The Sub Conscious Mind (SCM) below sea level thus not visible, is actually a bedrock of vast resources, foundation as well as power house.

Since the proportion difference is so huge, it is no wonder just by relying on will power (resides in CM) is not sufficient to drive change, especially when the SCM is buried deep down below consciousness and is engrained with emotions.

Like our tagline, it is when our two minds are aligned and work together towards a common goal, that the SCM will not be the party holding CM back but rather helping to propel it forward, thus our life will be a breeze and at ease.

Practice what I preach

Having gone through hypnotherapy sessions (lots of it) as a recipient myself, I totally understand how it feels to be seated in the recliner chair.  It is therefore my mission to make the whole process as transparent, efficient and seamless as possible.  This is so to serve my client and society at large better when I am advocating the power of subconscious mind and how to harness it to our benefits.

Main MindEase Difference

Effectively bi-lingual (English & Mandarin, and also dialects of Cantonese, Hokkien), I truly believe each client’s issue and its underlying unfulfilled need/ want/ desire is different, thus the approach to resolving it will be very different.  Generally, after the initial consultation on gaining a basic understanding, I will be able to propose a tailored approach to tackle the issue at hand.  Once agreed, the client can proceed to book all the remaining sessions online, and view/ manage their already booked appointments via my comprehensive booking system (screen 1 & 2).  We will use that as a communication platform for any further follow up in between, as can be tracked and won’t be lost in the email trail.  I will also create a client folder, where all the recordings (audio & video), artefacts (form), resources (eBook, toolset statements, MP3 music), and any bonus materials (eg personalised reports, Manifestation Principles, Videos etc) will be updated progressively and my client will have lifetime access to this folder (screen 3), using any device (PC or mobile) and accessing from anywhere.  The client could review the info, listen to the audio recordings &/ relaxation music when practising self-hypnosis, or just have the needed boost or revivify the experience – at home or on the go.  The usage possibility is unlimited!!

Previously located in the heart of Singapore’s CBD area, MindEase had shifted its office to a new location in the up and coming Paya Lebar area as of 1 Jan 2021.  The new office suite is equipped with a standalone air cond unit so after office hours or weekend is still conducive for the therapy session.  Till I get to meet you in person, please feel free to have a virtual tour to have a sense of the private yet cozy setting around my office suite.
